Do I need to make an appointment before submitting my device?
It is not necessary to make an appointment. You can simply drop off your device during our opening hours on weekdays between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You can also create your case online in advance to speed up the submission process.

Should I bring a charger, case, CDs or similar?
No, unless it is relevant to the actual problem. We have a large inventory of various chargers, accessories, etc. Therefore, we only need your phone, tablet, computer, TV, or other device and not any accessories.

What does it cost to submit my case?

As a starting point, you only need to pay for the troubleshooting, unless your case is covered by a possible warranty. After the problem has been identified, you will receive a non-binding offer for fixing it.

How long does it take before I get my device back?
You will receive an answer regarding the troubleshooting, as well as an offer no later than 24 hours after we have received your device. Repairs are often performed within 24 hours. Should it be delayed in cases where parts need to be ordered, the technician will continuously update you with an expected date.
